There is no minimum order value.

In most cases (and unless otherwise specified), your order will be shipped by Royal Mail.

You receive a notification via e-mail when your purchase is dispatched, at that time you will also receive the tracking number from us, from which you will be able to follow the transit and delivery status of your order online.

Goods are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days of order receipt. Dependent on location, please expect a further 2-7 days for shipment to take place and for your order to be delivered.

You will be notified by the carrier that an attempt was made to deliver your parcel and you will receive information on how to proceed. If you are not there to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt may be made or your parcel will be stored at a post office/depot. 

If you have received an incorrect item or an incomplete order, please e-mail our Customer Services Department for further information.

Unless specified at the checkout stage, we are able to ship Encolor Tights to the majority of countries worldwide on a standard or economy shipping basis.

Unfortunately, due to the automatic processing of your order, a subsequent change or cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse to accept the package or return the package free of charge in order to receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, simply return the item to us along with the returns form provided by Customer Service.

An invoice will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided to us.
