You will be notified by the carrier that an attempt was made to deliver your parcel and you will receive information on how to proceed. If you are not there to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt may be made or your parcel will be stored at a post office/depot.
Unfortunately, due to the automatic processing of your order, a subsequent change or cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse to accept the package or return the package free of charge in order to receive a full refund.
